Champion introduces the UH330 ADA, its shortest ventless undercounter designed to accommodate thick countertops. This undercounter has an exterior height of 29 7/8" inches allowing it to be installed even under the thickest countertops meeting the 34-inch ADA requirements. The UH330 ADA will be on display at the NRA Show, May 21-24 at McCormick Place, booth #5006.
Like Champion's other UH330 models, the UH330 ADA solves two of the biggest problems smaller foodservice operations face: limited under counter space and steam rollout traditionally associated with high temperature units. The new undercounter features Champion's KI Award-winning Dry Assist heat recovery technology that offers a quick drying time, fifty-percent more energy efficiency and reduced labor costs. After the wash and sanitation cycles in the UH330 ADA, the heat recovery fan circulates steam vapor from inside the wash chamber over a coil filled with cold water. The cold water is warmed to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat then transfers to the booster heater, where the heating process will finish and be ready for the next cycle.
The UH330 ADA's quiet double-walled undercounter directs all the water inside the machine, keeping energy and water consumption at low levels. The new undercounter also features StemSure™, a soft start to protect glasses and dishes from chipping and breaking. Champion's Rinse Sentry feature ensures 180 degrees Fahrenheit final rinse for sanitized wares. The Energy Star® qualified UH330 ADA offers three cycle options for enhanced cleaning, washing up to 30 racks per hour with 120-second cycle times. The UH330 ADA accepts cold-water feed only and is built on an operator friendly platform that can be easily cleaned and serviced.
