•Call Center Customer Support Specialist
Seeking Customer Service personnel with a technical background related to commercial dishroom equipment parts and service. Position will include working with customers and Service Providers to scheduling and tracking repair service and installations, identifying required parts for repairs, tracking parts shipments, and other service support task. Applicant must possess superior communication skills (phone/email). Past experience with commercial equipment parts and service preferred. Computer skills with Excel, Word, and Dynamics AX needed. Position is 8:00 – 5:00, Monday – Friday, with potential for occasional 11:00 – 7:00 shift as needed. Service office setting at manufacturing facility in Winston Salem, NC. •Champion Service Department: Service Technician, Call Center
Current factory opening for a qualified Service Technician, Champion Service Call Center.
The position of Factory Service Technician will be a function of Champion Industries Service Department and will report to the National Service Manager. Desired applicant will have past experience and training as relates to commercial foodservice equipment or similar, with a focus on technical knowledge of control systems, mechanical devices (pumps, valves, etc.) and unit troubleshooting logic. Position is office based factory tech support for service contractors and equipment owners via phone and/or email. Service team based at Winston Salem factory facility. Salary position, hours 8-5 Monday – Friday, with after hours on-call phone duty on a rotating basis (monthly).
